Rochester Caravan Park was relocated in 2018 after 20 years of operation at our original site on the Campapse River,  to our current site which is situated adjacent to the Rochester Hospital and in walking distance to the town centre as well as local art and tourist attractions.  

Stage one, which is now complete, was to  provide accomodation options in camping/caravan sites, as well as a range of cabins for short and long term stays, including beautiful brand new cabins for those looking for a luxury stay .

Stage two which is underway is to build stunning 1, 2 & 3 bedroom cabins for sale and permanent living. With the convenience of the hospital and medical service on our door step these small houses make the perfect home for those looking to downsize to low maintenance living in a lovely setting, without compromising style and luxury . 

We had a dream of creating a multi function park in a well located and natural setting.  

The inclusion of  a brand new camp kitchen and amenities block make for a comfortable and convenient place to stay and live.

Our vision for the park continues to grow with future additions of a Tennis court and other lifestyle enhancements

We strive to maintain a Park which is friendly, safe and peaceful, a place were you are part of a community within a community, were your neighbours are not strangers, a lovely place to visit or to call home.
